Mitchell B. Malachowski
Mitchell B. Malachowski is Senior Counsel with Slattery, Sobel & DeCamp, LLP. Specializing in civil litigation, Mr. Malachowski has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of cases, notably including large-scale complex cases. Mr. Malachowski has defended companies in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturers of industrial equipment, plastics, playground equipment, dietary supplements, and chemicals. Mr. Malachowski’s practice focuses on using creative attacks to advance his client’s interests by drawing from a deep well of understanding of the details of both substantive and procedural law. Mr. Malachowski further draws upon his background in science to engage with technical aspects of cases.
Mr. Malachowski has been named to San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2015, 2016, and 2017.
Mr. Malachowski received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science in Cell–Molecular Biology and Genetics from University of Maryland.
